This Agreement defines the conditions and procedure for processing personal data of users of the Auctiontodays Service, which provides access to the bankruptcy auction database, information about lots, debtors, arbitration managers and auction organizers.
The Operator processes the following categories of personal data: identification data (email address, password), contact data, financial data, data on activity on the Service, technical data.
Personal data processing is carried out for the following purposes: user registration and creation of a personal account on the Service, providing access to the bankruptcy auction database, processing payments and managing subscriptions.
Personal data processing is carried out using automation tools and without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer.
The personal data subject has the right to receive information regarding the processing of his personal data, to demand from the Operator clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data.
The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution.
The Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties in the following cases: the personal data subject has given consent to such actions, transfer is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, transfer is necessary for payment processing.
The personal data subject has the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending the Operator a corresponding notification to the email address: info@auctiontodays.
This Agreement comes into force from the moment of registration on the Service and is valid throughout the entire period of using the Service.
